“Gyu katsu” Breaded Santuri Wagyu beef, kyabetsu, trio sauce.

RAW HAMACHI

Fresh Hamachi, green grape, crispy fried shallot, truffle oil, yuzu juice, ikura, pickled daikon, citrus gel, grape amazake, green oil.

JAPANESE TUNA TOSTADA

Yuzu kosho, avocado, mix sesame seed, seaweed, spicy mayo.

UNAGI ROLL
